Novominsk
נובומינסק
Novominsk was founded by Rebbe Yaakov Perlow, the Shufra D'Yaakov, a grandson of the first Koidanover Rebbe who brought the ways of Karlin, Lechovitch and Koidanov to a court near Warsaw and opened its yeshiva. His son Rebbe Alter Yisroel Shimon led it from Novominsk and then Warsaw. After the Holocaust the line continued in New York under Rebbe Nochum Mordechai and Rebbe Yaakov Perlow, whose twin sons lead it today.
