Dancing Before the Shabbos Table

The Baal Shem Tov once visited the home of Rav Yaakov Kopel on Shabbos. Rav Yaakov danced in front of his Shabbos table for an hour, and the Baal Shem Tov asked him to explain this unusual custom.
Rav Yaakov replied, "Before I taste physical food, I absorb the food's spiritual essence. In doing so, I become so excited that I sing and dance."
