Plucking Grass at the Cemetery
Tefillah
There is a custom to pluck grass from the ground of the cemetery after a burial. Rav Moshe taught that we do this as a reminder of the resurrection of the dead. The idea comes from the verse in Tehillim, "They shall spring up like the grass of the field."
