Faith Draws Down Bounty

Rav Mordechai of Slonim used to say that Karlin was in Lithuania, yet when Rav Aharon joined the circle of the Maggid of Mezritch, he became known as a miracle worker in Volhynia. People complained to him, "Why does the Rebbe work miracles only in Volhyn and not in your own hometown?" He answered, "What can I do? There they have more emunah (faith), and that draws down the shefa (bounty)."
