The Counsels of the Tzavaah

The ethical will of Rav Yehudah HeChasid contains regulations about the dead, the building of houses, marriage, forbidden marriages between stepbrothers and stepsisters and between cousins, and various customs and precautions. Some say that all its items were written with ruach hakodesh, and some commentaries go so far as to say that none of the Neviim reached the level of Rav Yehudah HeChasid. Many people are very careful with all that the will lists, and some say that one who is not careful will have to give an account. The will is not generally brought in the Shulchan Aruch, because the dangers named in the Gemara and the Shulchan Aruch are real dangers, while the items in the will are things from which one must distance oneself.
