Inner Change, Not Outward Imitation
Humility
Rav Yechezkel never endorsed imitating outward behavior without a corresponding change in one's inner essence. He once told a group of avreichim, “The Chazon Ish possessed the attribute of simplicity and modesty. One can learn humility from him; one can learn respect of one's fellow from him, and love of one's fellow. He not only had long tziziyos.”
