A candle for happiness and blessing

Because Asher's birth was connected to blessings and happiness, it is taught that one should light a candle and meditate, connecting to his birth and his name, in order to have support for happiness and blessings. One can also meditate for sustenance, since Yaakov blessed Asher that his bread would be fat.
