The Minchas Elazar of Munkatch said that he heard from Rav Yechezkel Shraga of Shinova that the third of Nissan, the day on which the Nasi of Zevulun is read, is a day of segulah (special merit) for parnassah and wealth. It is recorded in Chaim V'Sholom.
