Becoming Holy
On the command that Bnei Yisroel be holy because Hashem is holy, the Degel teaches that each person can be holy as Hashem is, if one may say so. The soul is the Divine part of man, and a part can extend to include the whole. The ultimate goal of creation is for man to become G-dly.
