Never Push Away With Two Hands
On the verse “Love your fellow as yourself,” Rav Yaakov Yosef taught that all Jews are rooted together in unity. Therefore a person should never push another Jew away with two hands. Rather, the left hand pushes away while the right hand draws near. If a person pushes away his fellow, he is in effect pushing away himself, since he is pushing away part of that unity, and it is as if he pushed away the whole.
