Hold back your voice from weeping
Children & shidduchim
Yirmiyahu hears Rachel crying for her children and refusing comfort, and then Hashem's answer: stop your crying, for there is reward for your labor, and your children will come back to their own borders. Chassidic teachers read this as a promise for every generation: the tears of a mother are never wasted, and the final redemption is the answer to Rachel's prayers.
