Jewish Children Are Jewels in the Crown

Rav Pam called Jewish children the “jewels in the crown” of the Almighty and was powerfully dedicated to making authentic Jewish education available to every one of them. His final public message, spoken at the Shuvu parlor meeting, was that every Jew, in all circumstances, is obligated to do the maximum for the chinuch of Jewish children.
