The Greatness of Adam
The Midrash tells that the malachim mistook Adam HaRishon for Hashem Himself and wished to say shirah and Kadosh before him. How could they make such a mistake? Rav Schorr answered that Adam was created in the image of Hashem, and his neshamah is a part of Hashem from Above. This, he taught, is our potential.
