The Physically Challenged
A teaching ofRav Menachem Mendel Schneersonהרב מנחם מנדל בן לוי יצחק שניאורסוןProfile ›
When a person has a disability, Divine Providence has challenged him to uncover hidden abilities and energies, and to reach higher levels than those who are not so challenged. The Rebbe strongly urged replacing the word handicapped with outstanding or excellent ones, because it is their excellence that allows them to rise above their physical limits.
